Stefano's Pizzeria is a pizza restaurant in Santa Monica, California. It is listed at 1310 3rd St, Santa Monica, CA 90401, which places it among the local businesses of Santa Monica that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.

The business lists hours on 7 days of the week. Typical hours are 11 am–8 pm. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (310) 587-2429. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Santa Monica is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Santa Monica is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Stefano's Pizzeria is in a fantastic location on the southwest corner of Third Street and Arizona at the Third Street Promenade, making it an easy stop while exploring Santa Monica. I stopped in on a Wednesday evening, and there was no line at all. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. After ordering a slice of the vegetarian pizza with added jalapeΓ±os and a Coke, I had my food at the table in less than three minutes. The service was fast, efficient, and welcoming. The jalapeΓ±os are the pickled variety, so they have that familiar tangy flavor with a mild kick. If you've had pickled jalapeΓ±os before, you'll know exactly what to expect. The pizza itself was good, but it didn't quite stand out. Next time, I'd probably try one of their cheese or pepperoni slices instead of the vegetarian pizza. That said, the prices were reasonable, the service was excellent, and the location is hard to beat if you're spending time on the Promenade. Overall, I'd happily stop by again to try another slice.

Unfortunately, this place did not live up to the reviews. The pizza was disappointing and tasted very average. We tried several different flavors, but they all felt surprisingly similar, mostly tasting like tomato sauce. I ordered the lasagna style pizza and expected something unique, but it was nothing special. The pizza was also served cold, even though it seemed to have been reheated. The cheese was barely melted. Parking is another issue. Since this is in the heart of Santa Monica, finding a spot can be extremely difficult. Overall, not a place I would return to.

Reminded me of my beloved New York Pizza places that are SO HARD TO FIND in LA. Well, we FOUND IT! Genuine NY style slices served to perfection with an unbelievable fair price. Plus, you can eat your slices in their outdoor patio and watch all the peeps coming up and down the 3rd St. Promenade. What more can you ask?

Me and my wife just love the taste of the best pizza In Santa Monica and we love to go and sit on a promenade in their seating area, but lately there is a woman who sits there every day who gets the best table in the corner with the dog in the carriage and she doesn’t even order the food from this restaurant. She just sits there every day and drink some kind of a juice and I wish that the owner of this place would know that that makes it difficult for the actual customers to eat comfortably there. Hopefully something could be done about this.

So good! They were out of single pizza but the medium size was perfect! So yummy! And the customer service was very good! The cashier was nice and accommodating. We took it to go and they gave us plates, napkins, crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese! Perfect for the beach.
